The room smelled, the breakfast apple was old.

Good location, no elevators, carpets dirty in common areas, dusty. The room 232 smelled, was hard to sleep.

Changed our room to a 1st floor, we can not climb stairs.
4 separate buildings.

We thought it had elevators, none of the exterior photos showed stairs. It does not. The clerk was so very helpful in changing our room to a 1st floor rather than 2nd! And she was grace under pressure! Very busy, nothing but kindness & courtesy to all. Wonderful. ...read more

Very close to reliant stadium. Great for attending events at Reliant Park.
Very stained and everything was very worn out and old looking.

Hotel had a good location if going to an event at Reliant Stadium but was older with lots of stains and broken, worn out furniture in the room. The shower was awful with almost no hot water and very little water pressure coming out (not even worth it to shower there). Other guests at the hotel during my stay had the same complaints about the shower. The room was clean but did smell. I had requested a non-smoking room and it was clear I was placed in a smoking room or a room that had been smoked in at one point in time. ...read more

Was very convenient and easy to find/ front office very friendly.
The room was not clean. coffee and filter from previous occupant still in coffeemaker.

The hotel staff was friendly but it was run down and dirty....
